It is one of our favorite things to do! 11)NO FEES or HOA saves us a bundle of money every year! 12)Our kitchen is huge- we cook a lot so we enjoy the double ovens, expansive counter for prep space and the large pantry! It makes it easy to move furnishings in and out too! 15) The master suite is roomy, has a slider out to the yard so we can easily take a dip in the pool or spa, we love our sitting area, soaking tub and separate shower, water closet is a must, and I love my large, walk-in closet! 16) Classical Academy is a top-rated charter school and is only 4 miles away! They have a waiting list they are so popular and they have k-12 campuses! They have many students graduating from there that are getting accepted to Ivy League schools, & No private school tuition for my budget! We have loved living here- I better stop or I am not going to want to leave!
