About Gregg and Debbie

Gregg and Debbie Neuman

Since they began their Real Estate careers in 1981 when we saw 17% interest rates on home mortgages, Gregg and Debbie have continued to grow and improve their business in order to give their clients top-quality service with an "it's our pleasure" attitude. Former owners of Red Carpet Real Estate and Century 21 franchises, they've found their home with Prudential California Realty in Downtown San Diego.

"We've always chosen central office locations so that we may effectively serve our seller and buyer clients by being positioned strategically within approximately ½-hour drives to most communities within the county," says Debbie. "In addition, our busy Gaslamp Quarter location allows us to expose our seller clients' properties to an incredible number of prospects each and every day, thus greatly increasing the potential for a higher and quicker sale."

Gregg drives the business with his vision and innovative ideas, while Debbie keeps a watchful eye on the "back end," ensuring that their clients' expectations are met or exceeded and communications are kept open.

Although the two divorced in 1996, they haven't lost focus on their business. Constantly on the cutting-edge of technology so that they can provide their busy clients a streamlined, stress-free experience, Gregg and Debbie have developed an efficient and experienced support staff while creating niches within their team that enable them to serve the individual needs of their clients.

How to Reduce Indoor Air Pollution in San Diego Condos

San Diego condosBeing located in the city's suburban areas, one of the problems plaguing San Diego condos is air pollution. There are several causes of air pollution - dusty furniture, aerosols you spray to clean your furniture pieces and other parts of your home, air fresheners that you use, air that comes in a poorly ventilated kitchen, dust mites, and so on.

Consider conducting these steps to reduce the fumes in your home:

Ventilation. The hair spray that you use, nail polishes, cooking, and cleaning using chemicals, these release volatile organic compounds that can cause a variety of health problems. Remember that in cleaning, you need to have good ventilation to remove the humidity and fumes coming from the kitchen and bathrooms. Poor ventilation can cause and allow growth of mold and mildew.

Eliminate odors. Find any sources of bad odors and clean them. Bad odors can come from bad food, pet-related smells, musty sheets and clothes and so on. Try using a box of baking soda in the area instead of air fresheners. Do this when cleaning the area as it will give you better results and can let you save money.

Prevention. In dealing with dust mites, put your throw pillows, pillows, mattresses in dust-mite proof covers. Soak the very dirty or dusty laundry in hot water. By doing this, you can prevent allergens attack your family and as well as promoting sanitation all over your San Diego condo.

Ban smoking. Don't smoke inside your San Diego Condo. Smoke provides an unpleasant smell that can be hard to remove in clothes, carpeting, drapery, and fabrics. As much as possible don't allow any smoker to puff inside your home.

Clean regularly. Try to vacuum regularly for dust that can harbor pollen bacteria, mites, pet dander, and mold &mildew can invade your homes without you noticing it.

Control critters. Try sealing the crack and crevices that may be a home for bacterial and germ growth. Also try not letting your pets invade your sleeping areas to minimize pet dander exposure.

Consider these tips to create and maintain a healthy and clean air inside your home for you and your family.
