There are many advantages and disadvantages in living in San Diego Condos and there are surely lifestyle issues that must be accounted in order to determine if a high-rise or other type of condominium will be suited to fit their needs.
Most condos do not have a private yard for dogs, which means that if you own a dog, it will have to stay indoors all day. Some condos even have a strict ruling against pets. Make sure that you fully understand the Homeowner Association rules and regulation regarding pets.
Living in San Diego Condos means that you will most likely have people living above, below and beside you. In a condominium environment, there is a high population density, which means that you encounter different kinds of people, from those who get up early, to those that party late into the night and everyone in between.
If you like to work on cars, then condo living doesn't favor you at all, since almost all condo HOAs will not allow you to work on your car within the premises of the condominium.
Condo Living is also tough to consider if you are the type who need a lot of storage space. There are many roomy San Diego Condos out there but almost none of them have a garage for extra storage, or many extra closets. So if you possess a lot of stuff that must be stored away, you might want to try a more traditional residence where you have more options in space.
Owning multiple vehicles is often problematic when you live in a condo. It's rare to find a condo that offers an extra garage. Usually, condos offer a one-car garage or car port. Although there are higher-end condos that can accommodate two vehicles, they have restrictions on the kinds if vehicles they allow, some even bans motorcycles and trucks.
